A licensed real estate professional in California since 1996, Scottman understands fluctuations in the market. Analysis of the market conditions allows him to guide clients with informed decisions based in the localized real estate economy. Scottman’s Real Estate industry knowledge is complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and International Business giving him the tools to work with domestic as well as international clientele. Actively involved in his community, Scottman has previously served on advisory boards charged with reviewing and improving commercial and residential properties. He specializes in multiple types of property sales ranging from condominiums, single family and multi-family units. In addition, he has personally been involved with ground-up new construction projects and remodeled multiple homes for resale.
